At Harbour Hills Construction Management, we embraced the challenge of transforming a 60-year-old bank building into a modern 6,000 sq. ft. office space for one of Hamilton’s leading law firms. Our team worked diligently, from deconstructing the vault to reimagining every floor, all within a tight deadline. The result was a stunning new headquarters for Regency Law Firm, complete with 18 private executive offices, spacious staff lounge areas, two staff serveries, multiple private restrooms, and a fully equipped executive locker room with a sauna. The project was a tremendous success, surpassing expectations for everyone involved.
