The Spot Cannabis is a local family owned and operated Burlington Dispensary, with a second location in Waterdown. We were able to build this new 1,055 square foot location in a 150 year old historic building locating in downtown Waterdown.

Some of the features installed included new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. While still following their branding guidelines the Harbour Hills team was able to create a custom coffered ceiling in addition to custom mill work throughout the space. Our team was able to provide value engineering and lead strategic meetings despite material deliveries being affected by the pandemic.
