The Madera is a four-storey, purpose-built rental development located in the heart of Beamsville. Harbour Hills Construction delivered the 23,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building, comprising 15 residential rental units and two ground-floor commercial units, with below-grade parking.

Constructed with a cold-formed steel structure and hollowcore slab floors, the building features a contemporary exterior combining imported large-format ceramic tile, stucco, and wood-look panel cladding.
