The Starbucks of Juice Bars was the vision, a comfortable setting that focused not only on the quality of the product but also the functionality of the space. The Blend Juice Bar’s flagship store was built and launched in Binbrook, ON in the winter of 2018. The project commenced in the Fall of 2017 and timelines were of the utmost importance as The Blend aimed to be open early in the New Years to take full advantage of the season (and help those that revolutionists looking to drop a few lbs).

With the synergy of the Niche For Design team we were able to convert this blank building shell into a modern and stylish restaurant, that featured polished concrete floors, custom millwork and seating areas, customer bathroom areas, upgraded electrical services, lighting features, and a fully functioning commercial kitchen, freezer, prep and service areas. One of our favourite features was our custom-built service counter/juice bar where anyone could pull up a seat and see their favourite smoothie in the making.
