Formerly an abandoned industrial building – together with ThinkGiraffe Designs we were able to combine features of the existing industrial aesthetic with the modern finishes and elements that transformed this 6000 sq.ft space into the sleek office of today. The project featured the construction of over 20 new private offices, shared meeting rooms, 2 kitchenettes, and an exceptional conference hall.

Our scope also included the supply of brand 4 new mechanical units, new electrical upgrades and services throughout and custom lighting features to make the building really light up (no pun intended).
